We strive to fully understand what kind of home they envision, their requirements, including the site, budget, and various design styles and details.

Estimate

Better construction with lower prices is our commitment. In the next phase, we will use all the details and designs provided by the client to conduct a more detailed cost estimation. By leveraging professional estimating software, Cubit Estimating, we can offer a more precise quote.

A detailed estimate, covering everything from major phases to minor components like door hinges, ensures more accurate risk management.

High Level Report

The High Level Report is the most comprehensive and precise document our clients can receive. This meticulously crafted report, presented in PDF format, encompasses all details of the project, providing clients with a complete overview and in-depth insights into their homes. It represents our commitment to the highest level of project transparency.

The report includes detailed descriptions of both internal and external finishes— from kitchens to bathrooms, walk-in robe to living rooms, and from the driveway in the front to the pavers at the back. Clients can review and modify any aspect as they wish. We attach the house on papers and bring it to the world.

Visit & Review

To provide better service, more accurate risk management, and construction efficiency, we will conduct site visits to confirm every detail. Additionally, we will hold multiple meetings and discussions in the Riser Office to review and continuously refine previous estimates.

These process is not just as simple as review, but also to be responsible to our work's quality. We aim to fill more gaps and achieve better selections, which helps clients obtain better prices and ensures smooth construction in the future.

Consultant & Redefine

Moreover, we greatly emphasize our clients' involvement in the project. The client can be deeply engaged in the construction process, witnessing how their home transforms from drawings into reality. Therefore, at the end of the tender process, we will have further consultations to ensure that everything we provide meets the clients' needs and accommodates their additional ideas, leaving no room for flaws in future construction.
